This 4-bedroom house is a 5-minute walk from Le Nau beach, shops and Le Pouliguen marina. Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Ideally located for tourism with La Baie de La Baule and the medieval town of Guérande, Le Pouliguen offers a wide range of water sports, tennis, horse-riding and golf. Accommodation It comprises : - 2 double bedrooms (1st and 2nd floor) - 1 double bedroom (ground floor) - 1 dormitory room with 4 single beds (2nd floor) - 3 bathrooms - 3 toilets - 1 tv lounge - 1 home-style kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob...) open to the dining room - 1 entertainment room with pinball machine and table soccer for young and old. - 1 changing table, a pair of high chairs and a cot are available. ATTENTION: Household linen is not included in the reservation, please contact the concierge. We only provide comforters and pillows, bath mats and tea towels.
